The Alila Yangshuo, with its interior designed by Horizontal Design made it into the shortlist of nominees for AHEAD Global 2019's Best Resort Hotel Award and AHEAD Global 2019's Ultimate Winner Award. Horizontal Design subsequently emerged as the best nominee, winning both awards and becoming the ultimate winner!
