Screen-painting

The 2.0 extended version of top-level design for Easy Home Company: The screen painting is not only a separate scene but also a part of the overall story. It is the dividing line between parts of public and private, as well as occlusion and guide a deeper sight.

Designers inspirit from the traditional Chinese painting, the relationship of the Night Banquet of Han Xizai run through the screen, define the space and narrative time. The content of the painting carries the personal love of the culture. The wall’s design is very simple, only use the cement and paint. The design of the screen is colorful and it forms a strong contrast with the wall.

The blue screen of living room is the residual lotus in the evening; The yellow screen of the dining hall is the ginkgo leaf of Beijing in the late autumn; The red screen of the bedroom is the peony of designer’s hometown, He Nan; The plain white screen of the bookstore connects the living room and dining hall, hide the bedroom and dim the light outside the window. The painting of the image of the landscape is combined with the treaties of the tea system. It is easy to display and enclose, the block and the cover constitute a private space.
